Privacy Policy
MaximForte LLC · Last updated: October 2026 · Applies to maximforte.com and its subpages
Who we are
This website is operated by MaximForte LLC ("MaximForte," "we," "us"), an exit advisory and sell-side M&A advisory firm with offices in New York and Sugar Land, Texas. A separate privacy policy applies to our affiliate's website at privatewealth.maximforte.com.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you submit a form on this site (for example, a contact request, newsletter subscription, valuation estimate, or readiness assessment), we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, company information, and the responses you choose to share.
- Information collected automatically. We use HubSpot, a customer relationship management and analytics platform, which places cookies and similar technologies in your browser and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time on page, and referring source. If you later submit a form, HubSpot may associate your past browsing activity on this site with your contact record.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule requested conversations;
- To send publications you subscribe to, such as The Owner's Brief, and occasional communications about our services (you may opt out at any time);
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve its content;
- To maintain records consistent with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (i) service providers who process it on our behalf (including HubSpot for CRM and analytics, Formspree for form processing, Netlify for website hosting, and scheduling tools such as Calendly); (ii) our affiliate, MaximForte Private Wealth LLC, where relevant to your inquiry; and (iii) regulators, auditors, or others where required by law. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to function. You can opt out of marketing emails via the link in any message or by writing to us. To request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you, contact info@maximforte.com — we will respond consistent with applicable law, including, where applicable, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other state privacy laws.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the retention periods our regulatory obligations require, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; please do not submit sensitive financial details through website forms.
Not investment advice; confidentiality
Submitting information through this site does not create an advisory or client relationship. Conversations with our team are held in confidence consistent with our professional obligations.
